Program for beginners

  • This is the program that replaced the beginner classes. No more restrictive deadlines, NO MORE OBSTACLES on the road to "BECOMING OUR MEMBER".
  • You pay nothing extra for this program. 1. You get the training for free. If we convince you, you continue on with one of the memberships you choose.
  • There are several training sessions a week (schedule). Just let us know and we'll sign you up for one of them.

What you can expect:

  • at the beginning you will receive a complete manual of the exercises that will be waiting for you at the trainings
  • the workouts are dedicated to learning new exercise techniques, learning the correct movement patterns slowly and without pressure
  • during the workout you will also sweat a bit
  • an app that you will use to log in to the workouts
