CrossFit has changed

Why was Falcon 1 created?
It needed a change. I admire all the fitness centers, CrossFit gyms, and other spaces that give people the opportunity to move. We are actually working on the same thing. That is, at least we believe that we are all about improving the lives of the entire population, which will only have the most positive results on the lives of all of us.
Measurable goal
The reason for opening was my measurable goal, which I try to pass on to our coaches, receptionists, and actually all employees, because it would certainly not be possible without them. Our common goal is: TO IMPROVE PEOPLE'S LIVES. We are not just about improving a part of the whole day. We want people to feel better throughout their lives thanks to us, in which movement will play a significant role. It's not just about the time spent at Falcon 1. It's about realizing what movement means to them and that we were also part of their plan or goal - TO FEEL AND LOOK BETTER - TO BE HEALTHY. My personal, measurable goal is 1000. Having 1000 satisfied members is not a small number, but I believe it is achievable. A thousand of those who can say that we have really improved their lives. It doesn't have to be a change in figure. It can be changes in self-perception or due to movement, also better efficiency at work or better relationships. All of this can be influenced by MOVEMENT.
This is what CrossFit means to me. It's not just about business. It's not about perfect profitability and unique returns. I always say:
What I plant today, my children may enjoy.
But at the end of my life, I might say that it was worth it, because I improved the lives of a thousand people.
Change the whole industry
For some time now, I have had the feeling that CrossFit has started to go in a different direction. For me, CrossFit has always been for people, ordinary people. That's why I opened the first gym. Not so that I would have a place to train. But unfortunately, somewhere the strategy is still PERFORMANCE > HEALTH. They infected a lot of people. Many of their members got injured and gave up on CrossFit. That's why CrossFit is so controversial. It is competitive mainly when you create a competitive environment by force.
We changed the programming so that it would not be stressful for our members, so that they would not feel that they had to be better than others. So that they would only perceive their own performance and compare themselves with themselves. It's one thing to just talk about it and another is to actually do something about it, and we did. It has amazing results and the satisfaction of the members at CrossFit Senec testifies to that.
How to change your mind about CrossFit?
Changing your mind about CrossFit will not be an easy path. I don't like easy things. If something is difficult, I have a greater feeling that I am alive. I then appreciate the result more. In the long run, it makes more sense to me than just copying established, existing rules.
If I played the same game that others would expect, no one would win. If I want to play, I want to win.
I am still looking for ways to achieve all this. How to change the entire fitness industry. How to make it a matter of socialization, friendship and fun, so that sport - MOVEMENT is a common part of us humans from birth, just as breathing is a part of our lives.
Because movement is not just for the chosen few. It is not just a privilege of those who have time. We all have time. We should have time for our health. Sport and books are the best investment in myself for me. In case of bad experiences with CrossFit, I will be happy to welcome you at our Falcon 1 CrossFit to change your current view of CrossFit.
