I have been involved in sports since childhood, when it started with horse riding, gymnastics and majorettes.

Finally, my sports paths led me to a fitness center at the age of 16, where I got the most involved.

I was fascinated by the idea of what we can do with our own body.

At the age of 17, I started competing in the bikini fitness category and at the same time I studied nutrition and sports at high school.

Later, I completed a course of the 1st qualification degree in fitness, bodybuilding and powerlifting and began my studies at a university in the field of nutritional counseling and sports diagnostics in Prague.

I started coaching right after graduation. My goal is to be a comprehensive coach for people, taking into account diagnostics and subsequent correction, as well as helping people in the field of nutrition.
