From an early age, I loved any kind of sports movement. Football became the first sport that was more than just a hobby for me. I devoted myself to it for many years, until I started studying at university. It was during these years that my interest in bodybuilding as a cult of physical beauty (this was related to age :)), but also as a supplement to football, began to awaken in me.

However, the first long-term determination came after I received a gym membership from my employer as a graduate, which changed my mindset and created a really strong habit for this iron game. After years of endless pumping series with a group of friends, I later became interested in the concept of hybrid strength-conditioning training and finally CrossFit in 2016. I remember my first ONRAMP – every movement we did. I wrote everything down at home and then passed these notes on to my friends in our home gym.

In total, it has been an incredible over 10 years that I have been doing some form of weight training without a break. This also includes countless hours spent self-studying, as this sport quickly created a huge passion in me for self-discovery and progress (sometimes bordering on obsession), which perhaps every athlete of a similar focus knows.

I like its enormous versatility (endurance, strength, mobility) in CrossFit, which opens the door to any other physical activity.

However, the community is just as important – the people who take this sport to a whole new level and because of whom I look forward to training every day, whether as an athlete or a coach. I truly believe in CrossFit, and not just as a way to achieve the desired physical beauty, but also long-term health, both physical and mental, so that we can enjoy the young potential of our bodies carefree and painlessly for as long as possible, and keep up with our children and grandchildren.
