I discovered CrossFit about five years ago when I was looking for a versatile sport to get into. I liked that every workout looked completely different and over time I found that individual exercises can be done much more efficiently and easily with the right technique. A great advantage and motivation was the community of people that undoubtedly belongs to CrossFit, and which often motivates to perform at trainings.

I started coaching as a downhill skiing coach for children and two years ago I started coaching CrossFit in Banská Bystrica. I currently lead group trainings at Falcon 1 CrossFit.

During trainings, I focus on the correct execution of individual exercises, with weightlifting being my favorite part. In my opinion, CrossFit is for every person who wants to move correctly and feel better in their body.
